Website Design & Development / Talamore
Talamore Pennsylvania serves as the flagship website for the Talamore Family of Clubs. In addition to being the primary club brand online hub, the website is intended to showcase the offerings, including weddings, social events, mitzvahs, golf outings, and corporate events. In addition to representing the brand, the goal was to effectively showcase each of the offerings within the site. To achieve both representing the brand and the offerings equally, the graphics, color, typography, photography, and writing played an essential role to that goal.
To develop the visual brand as a whole and ensure the offerings could be individually represented, an overall and secondary color palette were developed. This enabled uniformity and structure, with the secondary color palette providing flexibility in the design process. In addition to color, typography and typographic design elements played an essential role in the representation of each offering. Based on the brand typography palette, graphic marks and typographic treatments were developed for the offering pages within the site, using the secondary color palette to achieve the set goal. Resulting in a visual hierarchy for the individual offerings and the overall brand.
Incorporating the written content from the wedding and events websites, the writing developed for this site built on and added to the existing written content. This approach ensured the writing is consistent across all the websites within the brand’s online ecosystem. As part of the approach in the writing of all of the Talamore websites, calling attention to the continual awards won and the developing the brand’s “commitment to excellence” messaging resulted in a strong value proposition, then incorporated into content throughout the site.
The website was designed and developed to be fully responsive to devices and screens. With wider oriented images and elements for screens like laptops, and taller versions of those elements for mobile devices. This was done to not only deliver a better visual experience, but also to reduce scrolling.
To deliver consistency and ensure all of the Club’s websites work together, a Talamore visual language was developed, along with consistency for the writing, messaging, and content. This includes graphic elements, icons, color palette, typography palette, selection of photographs, typography, messaging, writing, and content structure. For the fourth straight year the Upper Makefield Fire Company hired Adam Garlinger to design their annual fundraising. A campaign to raise funds for the Fire Company’s operational needs, continued training, and education. Again asked to create the fundraising campaign for the Upper Makefield Fire Company, the development of this years campaign was based on building their value and highlighting their importance to the community. As the concept and creative for the prior year's campaign had been developed, the project began with the development of the concept and message, applied to the development of the look and feel. As in the previous year's campaign, the concept and message communicated the importance of the fire company within the community without guilting the reader, or making claims that overplay the fire company.View Project

Located in Pinehurst North Carolina, an area rich in traditions and immersed in the lifestyle of golf, Champions Ridge is a development of homes and planned community, located in close proximity to the legendary Mid South Club. This online brand and website development needed to reflect these elements as well as showcase the homes and showcase the developed community.
