Strengthening the Presence
Coinciding with the evolution of the design and messaging, a microsite was developed as part of a marketing campaign that included print and social media components. In addition to pages developed specifically to work with the marketing campaign, the site was structured to focus on and showcase how the programs are tailored to regions through the brands tailored to the northeast, southern, and western markets. In addition to being part of the campaign and to showcase the differentiators, the site was developed as an effort to strengthen the online presence and maintain the gained high search engine position.
As part of the campaign strategy to showcase the deep brand architecture, rather than using only the program brands by name, pages were developed for the Northeast, Southern, and Western markets, with page content structured to include the three programs tailored to that insurance market. Corresponding with updates to the other websites within the online infrastructure, this microsite was consistently kept fresh.
The design of this microsite served as a vehicle to evolve the brand, both visually and through the written word. The primary color used in the site design and the printed campaign complimented the primary color of the brand, with three new colors added to the brand's color palette and applied to the color block graphic, a signature branded design element of Walnut Advisory.
With the campaign and microsite built on the term “Perspective”, graphics, messaging, and writing were developed around perspective, which focused on an the brand's differentiator... as in the perspective of the insurance markets in those geographic areas.
