Online Presence Case Study
Individual Product Websites
With product brochures used as part of marketing campaigns, standalone websites were developed to work with the efforts, and strengthen the online presence. Standalone websites were developed for the Apartment and Condo Program, the Hotel and Motel Program, and the Lawyer Liability Program, with each site incorporating brochure creative and the established brand. These websites served as an opportunity to not only extend and strengthen the company's online presence and search engine position, but deepen the company's brand value through crafted structure and content that deepened the value proposition and differentiators of the overall Walnut brand.
Within the website, an in-depth page architecture and content structure showcased the product value and the brand value, applied to each of the three sites. Each site was structured to showcase the product, the company, carriers, and the three company brands the program was available from, as well as the geographic area the product was tailored to. The content within each of the product sites was applied to the main company website to ensure content was consistent and the efforts delivered optimal online visibility,ensuring all sites worked as one. Digital versions of the brochures were developed and available for download on the site and in the social media platforms.

Strengthening the Online Visibility
As part of the online strategy to maintain visibility and position, on a continual basis new content added to the main company website , then to each of the product sites, ensuring consistency and visibility, with this process done on a consistent basis. Within the update process, new content was consistently developed for each of the websites, with the existing website writing refined, existing content added to, and the architecture of the site deepened to reflect the additions.
In addition to new content, the brand message and branded writing were consistently evolved, with new content created that enhanced and refined the brand's value, the value proposition, and the differentiators. The new content was added to existing writing and content, with new pages added that deepened the site's architecture.
These updates helped keep the time-stamps seen as updated for search engine bot crawls.
